Wishing On A Star Pt 1

You Can’t Shine Any Brighter! Korner Reader, say hello to Star Karmel, a SUNY Albany Alumni, CEO and Founder of both KarmelRose Production Inc. and Women’s Empowerment Network Big Sister Tea Party (BTSP).

This NY native says she owes all her success and triumphs to God.

“God is everything to me and for me,” Star said. She openly shared with Kendi’s Korner the period of time when she battled depression, and during that time, she was yearning for a sign that would guide her in a new and uplifting direction. Star says she heard God speak to her during a workshop she attended in 2015, saying “Choose to Live and Live Passionately.” The birth of Big Sister Tea Party and KarmelRose Productions were in the works soon after she heard those words.

The ultimate goal in creating Big Sister Tea Party is to help women heal, build connections, and gain the tools they need to lead in their community.

Big Sister Tea Party is a Women’s Empowerment network that began as a tea party themed birthday party. The positive feedback Star received about the party motivated her and her team to keep the momentum  going by continuing BSTP on a monthly basis.

Whine &Wine is an unapologetic series from KarmelRose Production that features a relaxed, feel good environment with women drinking wine (of course), and engaging in passionate conversations that excite and stimulate. There’s a new segment coming soon called, “DIY or BUY,” and it will premier this spring.

The Korner sure can’t wait to tune in to see all the exciting new concepts KarmelRose Productions will share with the world.

For the women with passion in their hearts and are afraid to act on it, Star says to “Bet on yourself, because if you don’t, nobody else will!”

Star exonerates everything a woman of wonder should encompass, beauty, grace, and professionalism. This woman is not here for games. With a common goal of wanting to see women win, the Korner salutes this shooting Star for her impeccable drive and determination.
